All orders are properly packaged, protected and shipped in tubes and quality, rigid cardboard boxes suitable for shipping, ensuring that the order reaches its destination in perfect condition.

Free shipping (purchases over 30€) to United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Malta, Croatia and Netherlands. And little by little we will be adding more countries in Europe.

After successful receipt of payment, we will immediately begin working on your order. For this reason, please make sure that the personal information and the ordered products are correct. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email.


Your order will be shipped via the Transport Company (Correos Express or Modial Relay). In case no one is present at the address provided at the time of delivery, the Transport Company will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery time.

Photocallstar is not respsonsible for any liability due to any delay or inability to process an order, particularly in delivery, due to errors or lack of information provided by the Customer.

Our mission is to provide to our customers best quality products, manufactured with high quality materials. We hope you are 100% satisfied and that you have a positive experience with our company.


All the products that are advertised by Photocallstar are manufactured inmediatly after payment confirmation. The items are made according to the customer’s instructions (size, colour, etc). Therefore, according to Legislative Decree 134/2001 of April 26, it is only possible cancel the request if production has not yet begun and always in the first 14 days since the date of your purcharse. .


You can return an item in the following situations:
If you receive your order and the package (cardboard tube) is damaged as a result of transport and you believe that the contents may have been damaged, please check the item before signing. If the product is damaged, please always leave documentation on the delivery note / PDA of the messenger, and email us within 48 hours to report the incident. After receiving the damaged product, we will send you a new oneo.


If you receive an item that is different than the one you requested, please contact us via email notifying us of the situation.



Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are fully committed to ensure that your order arrives without delay, however, rarely due to factors that are beyond our control, there may be delays for which we can not be held responsible.

Photocallstar can not be held liable for any delay or error with your request for reasons beyond our control.
